Equalia is a Spanish non-profit organization focused on improving the living conditions of farmed animals.

Your purpose at Equalia

​As Corporate and Institutional Outreach Manager your goal will be to directly impact our mission: to achieve agreements with companies, institutions and stakeholders that put an end to the use of cages in the egg industry in Spain.

Advanced or fluent level of English and Spanish is required.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, and as part of the Corporate Outreach team, you will have the opportunity to plan and coordinate the execution of one of the organization’s key action areas.

Your responsibilities:

​To establish the planning, coordination and execution of the projects and campaigns that are developed in the Corporate Outreach team. This includes measuring and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects.

​Lead the relationships and communications with companies in the food industry and institutional entities in the achievement of animal welfare cage free commitments. This includes the preparation of custom content to support these conversations.

​Coordinate and supervise a network of volunteers who collaborate with the Corporate Outreach team.

​Generate and collect relevant data on the food industry in Spain, its characteristics and progress in regards to animal welfare.

​Represent Equalia before coalitions of which the organization is a part; as well as collaborate with other interest groups to achieve the objectives.
