Marketing / Executive Assistant

Eon V Labs is seeking a Marketing / Executive Assistant for the CEO. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about changing themselves and the world. This person will work closely with the CEO.

Why is this role important? 

As a Marketing / Executive Assistant, you will dramatically increase the strategic focus of the CEO by helping with the smooth running of his personal and professional work. You will act as a gatekeeper to protect his time and attention by handling a wide assortment of planned and unplanned day-to-day tasks.

What will you do?

  • Tackle ad hoc tasks from the CEO and other team members
  • Create marketing collaterals, documents, spreadsheets, slideshows, images, etc. 
  • Maintain tools, software and systems that help to improve work processes and productivity
  • Respond to email, calls, and messages
  • Manage schedules
  • Arrange travel
  • Run events
  • Coordinate media requests

Who is suited for this role? 

Previous experience in an assistant role is desirable, but we are open to hiring someone without it, provided they learn quickly.

Additional specifics

  • The position will start with 20-25 hours per week; this will ramp up to 40 hours per week fairly quickly
  • We’re looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
